Seedance 2.0 is an artificial intelligence–powered video generation platform (the “Service”). Before accessing or using any Seedance 2.0–related website, product, or service, please read these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) carefully and ensure that you fully understand them.

By accessing, registering for, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

Refers to the Seedance 2.0 video generation model and the operating entity providing related websites, products, APIs, tools, and services.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Service for violations, without prior notice.

4. Service Content and Intellectual Property

The Seedance 2.0 model, algorithms, training methods, system architecture, interface design, code, databases, and related documentation are owned by the Platform or its authorized licensors.
Without prior written consent, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or use any part of the Service for competitive or commercial purposes.

4.2 User Content Rights

You retain ownership of your original text prompts, images, videos, and other input content;
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have lawful rights to use such input content;
To the extent permitted by applicable law, videos generated through Seedance 2.0 belong to you and may be used for personal or commercial purposes.

4.3 License Grant

To provide and improve the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your User Input Content solely for the following purposes:

Performing video generation and technical processing;
Providing technical support and compliance review;
Conducting anonymized, irreversible data analysis for model and service improvement.

We do not use User Input Content for targeted advertising or unauthorized commercial resale.

5. Data Processing and Privacy

We process user data only to the extent necessary to provide the Service.
User Input Content is used by default solely to fulfill generation requests.
Certain features may involve server-side or cloud-based processing.
We may collect anonymized technical data (such as usage frequency, generation duration, and device type) to optimize performance.

6. Paid Services and Usage Limits

Seedance 2.0 may offer both free and paid versions or subscription plans.

All pricing and feature descriptions are governed by the information displayed on the official website.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing, features, or plan structures based on operational needs.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide stable and reliable access to the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages;
Our total liability arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim; if no fees were paid, liability shall be capped at USD 100.

Your continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
